Terms and Conditions

• Definitions 

  The World Health Summit Regional Meeting 2025 ("Event") will be hosted by Nims University and WHS Academic Alliance ("Organizer") and will be held in Delhi, India. These terms and conditions apply to all individuals registered for the Event, including but not limited to delegates, speakers, media representatives, and exhibitors ("Attendees").

• Agreement to Terms

  By accessing or using the services provided through the website www.whsnewdelhi2025.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the services, and you must discontinue use immediately.

• User Responsibilities

  By accessing the services offered on the Site, you affirm and agree that:
  1. You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
  2. You will not use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  3. You will refrain from any actions that may compromise, disrupt, or harm the functionality or security of the services provided on the Site.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or any intangible losses resulting from your use of the services provided through the Site. This includes any damages arising from errors, disruptions, or interruptions in the Site’s services. The Organizer's liability shall be limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Event.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. All claims or actions must be brought in compliance with Indian legal procedures.

• Event Participation

  The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, including changes to the schedule, speakers, or venue, without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to attendees as promptly as possible.

• Relocation and Cancellation

  The Organizer reserves the right to change the location of the Event within Delhi, India. If the Event must be canceled, postponed, or transitioned to a digital format due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (including but not limited to force majeure events), the Organizer shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, or financial losses.
  In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to either retain the registration fee for a future Event or issue a refund after deducting irrecoverable costs.

• Media and Recording

  Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event. The Organizer reserves the right to use such media for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on websites, social media, or other digital platforms.
